Scope
This policy covers refundable consulting-style engagements sold directly by NodeSurge CoreFlow where a written order form references these terms. Site browsing remains free.
Eligibility
Clients purchasing eligible services may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if no kickoff workshop has occurred and no bespoke research has been commissioned.
Full refunds
If we cannot commence work due to capacity or compliance constraints on our side, we refund one hundred percent of amounts received for the affected milestone.
Partial refunds
Where deliverables partially ship (for example, completed field visits), we calculate refunds by deducting documented third-party costs and time spent at agreed day rates from prepaid amounts.
Non-refundable items
Third-party cash expenses already incurred, rush fees after work has started, and downloadable assets explicitly marked as final are generally non-refundable.
Process
Email hello@nodesurgecoreflow.digital with invoice number, payment date, and reason. We acknowledge within five business days and aim to conclude review within fifteen business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds return via the original payment path where possible within thirty business days. If that path is unavailable, we propose an alternative with your approval.
Cancellation by client
Cancellations after kickoff follow the partial refund formula and may incur a wind-down fee if stated in your order form.
Exceptions
Force majeure events, regulatory prohibitions, or client-supplied data that makes delivery unsafe may pause obligations without penalty beyond amounts already earned.
Thai consumer context
Where the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and related regulations apply to you as a consumer, statutory rights remain in addition to this policy. Nothing here limits non-waivable protections.
