Training decks after the insight deck ships
By Hannah Cole
Insight decks often assume a reader who already believes the methodology. Partner trainers face skeptical frontline teams who want proof tied to their routes. The Partner Training Storykit initiative exists to translate, not dumb down.
We look for three hand-off risks: jargon density, missing facilitator notes, and activities that require props nobody packed. Each risk gets a mitigation page — shorter sentences, timed facilitator cues, printable worksheets that fit A4 without scaling tricks.
We also embed “difficult question” cards so trainers are not caught inventing answers on the spot. Those cards reference the same evidence pack executives saw, preventing two parallel truths from forming.
Finally, we recommend recording one pilot training (audio only if video is sensitive) so the storykit can be refined before national rollout. The recording is optional but almost always changes one activity timing for the better.
